The Bill (Reg. No.1487) is aimed at enhancement of the proficiency level of medical specialists, and settlement of issues concerning relations between higher education establishments and municipal healthcare institutions.
Pursuant to the Bill, a higher education establishment "can found "university clinic" an educational scientific and medical complex on the basis of medical and prophylactic establishments.
Pursuant to the Bill, the said university clinics can act as legal entities.
The Committee members underscored that implementation of the Bill does not require extra expenditures from the State and other budgets.
